Breakfast is served in your lounge/dining room overlooking the sea, or on the verandah in the warmer months if you choose. The extensive menu features fresh seasonal, organic and biodynamic produce as much as possible.
Fruit & vegetables from the local markets, home preserved fruits with no added sugar, porridge from organic oats, homemade muesli, and bio-dynamic yogurts just to start with.
Free range eggs from our hens (cooked as you wish), the best bacon, gourmet sausages, and smoked salmon are standard. A selection of hand made breads, homemade jams & marmalades and Kangaroo Island organic honey are available and pancakes with fresh lemon.
Butter and extra virgin cold pressed olive oil only are used in our cooking.
Unlimited freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, herbal infusions or chai to top it off before you set out on your days explorations.
